It's hard to say that this is a good story or not, because it was base on a true story.
But as for the movie itself, my answer is not that good. Looks like it was just showing something about the government, not so much about the miners. When I search this incident, something going around my mind was how did they survive with that little food. But the movie didn't tell me a lot of information about this.
