剧情概要：
In this season, the play returned to broadcasting once a week, but maintained the length of one hour. In the second half hour, it played the episodes of previous seasons and some prime-time specials of the 1980s. The whole season, as well as the second half of the sixth season, can be found in the DVD set of Garfield and Friends: Volume 5. It is also noteworthy that a new theme song composed by J.R. Johnston and Neil Panton has been added here. This theme was sung by J.R. Johnston. This theme song has not been played internationally, so it has not appeared on DVD (although Garfield's quotation remains complete). This new introduction sequence uses most of the episodes from season 5-7 and some of the previous two seasons, as well as Garfield in Paradise and Garfield Fantasia. After the fourth episode of the seventh season, these episodes no longer use the theme of a few seconds to play on the episode title card; Although the music of some episodes was used in the sixth season, the music of these episodes was used on the title card before the end of the program.
